Organized by Galerie Eurêka, the "Entre Midi & Science" café-debate on December 8, 2022 on the theme of "Anthropocene, a new geological era" will be hosted by Fabien Arnaud, researcher at the Environnements, Dynamiques et Territoires de Montagne (EDYTEM) laboratory. It will take place at the Musée des Beaux Arts in Chambéry.
Climate change, pollution, erosion of biodiversity... the Earth is now directly affected by man's actions. Some scientists even claim that we have entered a new geological era. Are we really facing an unprecedented environmental crisis? Are there ways of taking action?
This café-débate will be hosted by Fabien Arnaud, CNRS research director at USMB's EDYTEM laboratory. From 12pm ,discover the photographic exhibition "Two Mountains", then attend the conference at 12:30pm.
This event is organized by Galerie Eurêka as part of the "Entre midi et science" program, which features meetings with specialists who offer a discussion over a cup of coffee.
