Launch of the VITIVALO project

The VITIVALO project will be officially launched on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, at theUniversité Savoie Mont Blanc presidency.

The VITIVALO project (economic recovery of winegrowing waste in the Pays de Savoie: an alternative to the current practice of open-air burning) is a research project led byUniversité Savoie Mont Blanc, supported by the USMB Foundation, and involving numerous players, partners and supporters in the Savoie region.

Whether you're a partner, an elected official, a representative of a government department, an organization or a company, a winegrowing professional or a citizen interested in the project, come and find out more about the project, take part in discussions and put forward your own ideas/experiences.

On the program

  • Participants welcome with coffee from 1:30 p.m.
  • Introduction to launch the event at 2pm
  • Presentation of the project and its objectives: funding, research programs, actions to be implemented, project progress, initial results.
  • Partner presentations and thematic discussions related to the project :
