Chambéry's Spanish and Latin American Film Fortnight celebrates its 25th edition from March 14 to 27, 2018. This anniversary also marks 25 years of partnership between the Spanish section of the Foreign and Regional Languages, Literatures and Civilizations (LLCER) degree atUniversité Savoie Mont Blanc (USMB) and the Astrée cinemas in Chambéry and Forum in les Hauts-de-Chambéry. All students, as well as teachers of the LLCER Spanish and bilingual English-Spanish licenses, take part in the festival as part of the pedagogical projects of the UFR Lettres, Langues et Sciences Humaines (LLSH) of the USMB.
Saturday March 17 at 8pm, at the Astrée cinema, Florence Serrano, Spanish teacher in LLCER and researcher at the USMB's Langages, Littératures, Sociétés, Etudes Transfrontalières et Internationales (LLSETI) laboratory, will give a talk entitled "Le Pays Basque hier et aujourd'hui, entre diversité et permanence", before the screening of the film "Amana".
