Meeting on process engineering at the engineering school with LOCIE

November 16, 2017 09:00 - November 16, 2017 17:00

The Comité de développement du génie des procédés en Rhône-Alpes-Auvergne (Codegepra) is organizing, withUniversité Savoie Mont Blanc's Laboratoire d'Optimisation de la Conception et Ingénierie de l'Environnement (LOCIE) , a scientific day on process engineering, on Thursday November 16, 2017 on the Bourget-du-Lac campus, in the amphi of the Pôle Montagne for lectures and in the Hélios hall for poster presentations.

Faced with the challenges of sustainable development, Codegepra's aim is to set up a crossroads to create links and exchanges within the region's process engineering community, particularly between doctoral students, and to anticipate new developments in the discipline.

The program

  • Conference on "Solar heat storage methods" with Nolwen Le Pierres, research professor at Polytech Annecy-Chambéry
  • Conference on "Production and purification of biogas before injection into the grid" with David Bossan, President of Arol Energy
  • Doctoral student competition: students are invited to give a 3-minute oral presentation of their work.

At the end of the day, a jury will award the thesis prize and the Codegepra day prize.
