Restitution of the Master 2 Geography & Mountain Planning workshops

The class of 2018-2019 "Megève", the head of academics and representatives of the Cluster Montagne are pleased to invite you to the restitutions of the planning workshops of the Master 2 Géographie & Aménagement de la Montagne (GAM) of theUFR Sciences et Montagne de l'Université Savoie Mont Blanc (USMB), on Friday, February 22, 2019. The restitutions will take place in room 53, building 3 (Pôle Montagne), on the Bourget-du-Lac campus.

ON THE PROGRAM

8h-8h15 : Welcome address by Denis Varaschin, President ofUniversité Savoie Mont Blanc ; Patrice Orro, Director of the UFR Sciences et Montagnes; Laurent Astrade, Director of the Geography & Planning Department; and Didier Clément, Managing Director of Hydrétudes, Vice-President of Entrepreneurship, Employment and academics of the Cluster Montagne.

8:15-12:30: Restitutions of workshops by students
8h15-9h15: Testing territorial management of the impact of the wolf on human activities
(pastoralism - tourism - hunting) in the Espace Belledonne. By Tifaine BRIAND, Stéphanie LO RUSSO, Camille PIETRI and
in the presence of Marion CHAUMONTET, Acting Director of Espace Belledonne; Clément TEPPAZ, pastoral technician, Société d'Economie Alpestre de la Savoie and Bruno CARAGUEL, Director of the Fédération des Alpages de l'Isère.

9h15-10h15: Proposed development of the Fontaine zone at the entrance to the main town of Mâcot (Commune de La Plagne Tarentaise). By Solène ABERT, Vincent BERNIER, Géraldine GOTTI, Marie TIXIER and in the presence of Claire MAUDUIT-FROMAGET, director of the urban planning, land and environment department.

10:30-11:30: Helping the Megève community define its economic positioning. By Mikael BAROZZI, Julie CONÉ, Fabien POUILLON and in the presence of Edith ALLARD, deputy mayor of Megève responsible for culture, heritage, housing, twinning, the environment and forests; Mathilde BAZIN, in charge of land affairs - signage, urban planning department; Rachel CARRIER, studies manager, Haute-Savoie Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Séraphine DE LUCA, economic studies manager, regional planning attaché, Haute-Savoie Chamber of Trades and Crafts.

11:30am-12:30pm: Reorganizing the Deux Alpes slope front. By Tanguy BACQUET, Ophélie COLIN, Marie ROI, and in the presence of Pierre BALME, Deputy Mayor of Les Deux Alpes and Deputy Mayor of Venosc, and Thomas HODOT, Director General of Services.

12:30-12:45: Jury deliberation

A snack organized by GAM Master's students will be available from 12.45pm to 3pm.
