Synopsis:
In the early '70s, at the height of the civil rights struggle, several race riots broke out in major U.S. cities. Ron Stallworth becomes the first Black American officer in the Colorado Springs Police Department, but his arrival is greeted with skepticism, if not outright hostility, by the lower-ranking officers in the precinct. Taking his courage in both hands, Stallworth sets out to shake things up and, perhaps, leave his mark on history. He sets himself the most perilous mission of all: to infiltrate the Ku Klux Klan and expose its abuses.
