You can take this second workshop whether or not you took part in the first. Each workshop offers different approaches, games and advice that complement each other.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP 

Creative writing workshops open to all (beginners & those already practicing creative writing). During these workshops, Jacques Houssay (novelist, stage director, performer) will help you discover the uniqueness of your own voice and language. Emphasis will be placed on both form and content, allowing you to write in a sensitive, surprising and incisive way. The idea is to have fun with language, to explore it, to break away from all the "seriousness" we attribute to writing, and bring it back to life through practice rather than theory.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR 

Jacques Houssay was born and lives in Annecy. At the age of 8, he volunteered with the French, Russian and American presidents to be the first child in space, but received no response. He has worked as a social worker, bartender, railway worker, night watchman, receptionist, welfare recipient, cleaner, chauffeur, drama teacher, author and actor - to name but a few.
