Between lectures, public transport, evenings and hours of bingewatching with headphones screwed onto your skull, your natural hearing aids can take a beating. Yes, we're talking about our ears! High and sometimes prolonged decibel levels can irreversibly damage hearing.
The Student Health Service and Smerra are offering free screening for USMB students. It will take place Tuesday March 12, from 10am to 12:30pm and then 1:30pm to 4:45pm, at the Service de Santé Etudiante, IUT Building H.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
An audioprosthetist performs an audiogram (hearing recordings) to test and evaluate the efficiency of your hearing.
In just 15 minutes, you'll be able to take stock of the health of your ears and get as much advice as possible on how to preserve them on a daily basis.
