A new Spring School seminar will be held from May 26 to 28: Advanced technologies and innovation: what challenges for tomorrow's industry?
Divided into 3 days alternating theoretical content and field visits:
- Day 1: The challenges of the 4.0 phenomenon
- What's the big 4.0 challenge?
- Company visit
- Day 2: The prism of innovation
- Organizational and digital transformation (value creation, obstacles and levers at organizational and individual levels, illustrative examples)
- From planer to robot: how do you mass-produce customized products to order? How can technologies help optimize production (delivery-driven manufacturing, use of robots for flow management)?
- Day 3: The engineer's view
- Industrial performance and flow management (optimization under the opportunities and constraints of modern technologies, short- and long-term performance)
- Company visits (Baud Industries and Fournier)
- Artificial intelligence (implementation, opportunities and risks)
The Écoles de Printemps are a series of interdisciplinary seminars on Transitions organized by Institut des Transitions and the Graduate School Cultures, Societies, Territories (CST), of the USMB.
