Outdoors, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.!

Sports stands :
1. Climbing: Climb to new heights and test your agility.
2. Trampoline: Jump and bounce for a dose of adrenalin.
3. Parkour: Master the art of urban movement with style and grace.
4. Laser rifle shooting: Sharpen your precision and concentration.
5. Slackline: Balance yourself on a strap stretched above the ground.
6. Street golf: Take your club and ball around unusual urban courses.
7. Dance: Get carried away by the rhythm and express yourself through dance.

Special activities:
- Make your own smoothie: Use your leg strength to blend your ingredients and discover the importance of nutrition for an active lifestyle.
- Nutrition workshops: Learn the basics of a healthy, balanced diet to optimize your sporting performance and well-being.
