LAPP and LAPTh Wednesdays - LHCb: Particle physics in real time
As part of the LAPP and LAPTh Wednesdays, the Laboratoire d'Annecy de Physique des Particules (LAPP) and the Laboratoire d'Annecy-le-Vieux de Physique Théorique ( Annecy-le-Vieux Laboratory of Theoretical Physics (LAPTh) are organizing a conference entitled " LHCb: Particle physics in real time ", to be held on Wednesday May 21, 2025 from 6 to 7 pm at the LAPP premises on the Annecy campus.
The lecture will be given by Jean-François Marchand, a researcher at LAPP. It will be possible to visit the laboratory before the lecture, from 5pm, for privileged exchanges with the scientists.
About tours
Prior to the conference, from 5pm onwards, interested parties will be able to visit the EUTOPIA Discovery Space and chat with LAPP and LAPTh scientists.
