Student Association Week in Annecy

Did you know that at the USMB, more than 40 student associations and BDEs keep the campuses buzzing every year?

Ecology, theater, sports, music, culture, history... there's something for everyone!

What could be better than 3 days to discover them and chat with members?

📅 October 14 to 16, 2025
⌚ 11:30 am to 2 pm
📍 On the forecourt and/or inside the IAE, Polytech and IUT cafeterias

They will be present:

👩‍⚖️ AJT: The international law master's students' association
🎬 BDE Polytech/Polyciné : The student association offering film screenings on campus
🏔️ Polytech Mont Blanc: Their goal? Climb Mont Blanc with 20 of you. If you're in the mood for a bit of exercise, don't hesitate to join them for their many sporting challenges!
⚡ BDE GEII: The association for students in BUT Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing
🧗‍♀️Ann'Cliff : Do you know anything about climbing? Ann'Cliff, it's climbing outings around Annecy between boulders, routes, and cliffs!
🃏 BDE Polytech/Polygames : With Polygames, enjoy a game of cards or board games, but also learn about games you don't know, and even take part in tournaments and competitions!
🎨 BDE Polytech/Polyart: Do you like art and handicrafts? Polyart offers a wide variety of workshops: painting, sculpture, embroidery, sewing...

From October 14 to 16 from 12pm to 2pm in the IUT cafeteria: Taste alcohol-free mojitos lovingly prepared by the GEII BDE
Monday October 13 from 12pm to 1:15pm in amphi B014 at Polytech : Watch the film proposed by the BDE Polytech/Polyciné
Tuesday October 14 from 6.15pm to 8.45pm in the Polytech cafeteria: Take part in the board games evening organized by BDE Polytech/Polygames
Wednesday October 15:
> From 7.30am to 10am on the IAE forecourt: Treat yourself to a pastry from the Polytech Mont-Blanc association stand.
> From 12pm to 1:15pm in the Polytech hall: Show off your creativity during lunchtime at the BDE Polytech/Polyart drawing stand.
> From 12.15pm to 1.15pm on the Polytech forecourt:Pick up your basket of local, seasonal fruit and vegetables at low prices, offered by the association légumes et cagettes rebelles.
> 12pm to 4:30pm at the IUT cafeteria: Treat yourself to a pastry from the Polytech Mont-Blanc asso stand. It will also be present on October 14 and 16 in front of the IAE from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. !
