BOOST Workshop "Am I Effective?"

Classes are coming up, the first revisions are coming up and the stress of not having enough time to manage everything is starting to make itself felt... How do you know if your method of organizing your work is effective?
Thanks to theBOOST workshop "Am I efficient?"the USMB Success Center gives you the keys to boost your work methodologybetter know yourself and gain in efficiency at the university. Based on tests, the workshop will allow you to understand priority systems, and improve your organization.
How to participate
The workshop is free of charge and is intended for all students, from the 1st year of university studies to the doctorate. It is financed by the Contribution à la Vie Étudiante et de Campus (CVEC).
It will take place Tuesday January 17th from 4pm to 5:30pm on the Zoomand will be led by Athena Coaching, a certified coach and trainer. You will receive your login and password in your student mailbox after your registration.
Each workshop is limited to 12 people to guarantee a quality of exchanges with the speaker.

Other BOOST workshops will be offered throughout the year (improving concentration, perfecting organization for revisions, gaining fluency in speaking, boosting self-confidence, improving note-taking, etc.). Don't hesitate to consult the student agenda to find the one that best suits your needs!
