Concentration and Memory" workshop

You are in the middle of revising at home, you are trying to stay focused on your course but your mind is already thinking about everything you have to do before the end of the day. And inevitably, with a saturated brain, it's impossible to remember the paragraph you've read 3 times in a row.
Thanks to the the "Concentration and Memory" workshop of the SUIO-IP Success Center (University Service of Information, Orientation and Professional Integration), adopt good work habits and learn how to memorize to memorize your courses in a sustainable way !
A range of tools and techniques will be made available to you in order to improve the efficiency of your revisions: ideal configuration of your work space (essential to reduce parasitic thoughts!), understanding your own functioning, how to avoid distractions, etc.
How to participate
The workshop is free and open to all all students.
It will take place on Wednesday, November 23 from 09h45 to 10h45 in room 118 of the IAE on the Annecy campus and will be animated by the Accompagnateurs à la Réussite Etudiante (ARE).
Each workshop is limited to 12 people to guarantee a quality exchange with the speaker.
