The midterms are coming up, and we know that taking an exam can be stressful. Fear of not being up to the task, having a memory lapse on the big day, etc., your stress level can rise and sometimes even block you in your revisions.
Understanding the mechanisms of stress and why it exists can reduce anxiety. With theStress Management" workshop at SUIO-IP Success Center (University Information, Orientation and Professional Integration Service), learn to identify the causes of your stress and its consequences on your health (physical and mental).
In a friendly, open and attentive environment, this workshop will also give you the opportunity to get advice on how to have the most relaxed first semester possible.
The workshop is free of charge and intended for all students, first and second year (L1 and L2).
It will take place Friday, November 18th from 10am to 11am at the BU Jacob Bellecombette campus room 15201 and will be animated by the Accompagnateurs à la Réussite Etudiante (ARE).
