Memory and concentration" workshop
January 11 / 8:30 am - 10:00 am
You are in the middle of revising at home, you are trying to stay focused on your course but your mind is already thinking about everything you have to do before the end of the day. And inevitably, with a saturated brain, it's impossible to remember the paragraph you've read 3 times in a row.
Thanks to the "Concentration and Memory" workshop of the SUIO-IP (University Information, Orientation and Professional Integration Service), adopt good work habits and learn to memorize your courses in a sustainable way!
A range of tools and techniques will be made available to you in order to improve the efficiency of your revisions: ideal configuration of your work space (essential to reduce parasitic thoughts!), understanding your own functioning, how to avoid distractions, etc.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
The workshop is free and is open to all students, first and second year (L1 and L2).
It will take place on Wednesday, January 11 from 8:30 to 10:00 am on the Annecy campus, in the IAE building, room 101 and will be led by the Accompagnateurs à la Réussite Etudiante (ARE).
Each workshop is limited to 12 people to ensure a quality exchange with the speaker.
Don't delay to register!
WORKSHOPS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR
Other workshops will be offered by the SUIO-IP throughout the year (improving concentration, perfecting organization for revisions, becoming more fluent in speaking, boosting self-confidence, improving note-taking, etc.). Don't hesitate to consult the Campus Calendar to find the one that best suits your needs!
