[CANCELLED] Unusual Quarter Hour - "Paradoxes

The 4th "Quarter of an hour"of this year will take place Tuesday December 13th at noon at the university library (BU) on the Bourget-du-Lac campus. Richard Taillet, Physicist-Theorist at the Annecy Laboratory of Theoretical Physics (LAPTh) will plunge you into the heart of paradoxes. Paradoxes play an important role in science, often allowing to ask particularly relevant questions. This conference will focus on some of them, including how to park your space shuttle correctly in orbit.

Admission is free and subject to availability.
