academics Financed via the CPF - Management of business transfers and takeovers - University Diploma

Business transfers and takeovers are major economic challenges, both in terms of growth and employment, and in terms of regional attractiveness. The transfer of a business is a complex process, involving not only the main parties involved, i.e. the transferor and the transferee, but also potential partners and other key players in the operation: investors, employees, accounting firms, real estate transaction consultancies, business acquisition brokers, corporate and asset management banks, financing and guarantee organizations, etc.
