Our MAE Master in Continuing academics is offered in a new modular format to provide :

- Progressive validation of this triple expertise as part of alearning process and a secure career path for each participant.
A course for employees
Our MAE master's program is designed to meet the needs of companies, and is aimed at people who are either employed or in between jobs. It is accessible via the validation of personal and professional experience.
This program, in partnership with the Club des Entreprises and accredited by the Fondation Université Savoie Mont Blancenjoys strong support from the socio-economic world.
Active teaching
The MAE Master's program makes use of new learning methods to provide the best possible support for students returning to school: digital tools and online resources, flipped classes, simulations, serious games, project-based work, study of real-life business situations, etc.
The variety of profiles in small groups reinforces the original nature of this teaching method. Cross-fertilization between the world of university research and the professional world enriches the learning process.
Each module is validated by continuous assessment, and each block of skills leads to university certification to ensure a secure career path. Each hour of teaching includes 1 or 2 hours of preparatory reading, case studies and assessment work.

This program, developed within the framework of academics , has the following objectives:
- Provide a second management skill to graduates, whether in employment or not, in addition to their initial academics , thus opening up the possibility of dual skills.
- Enable self-taught professionals to consolidate their professional experience by acquiring the tools and knowledge they need to take on broader responsibilities.
- Encourage responsibility and innovation within the company
This generalist degree in management science is based on three skill blocks. To obtain the Bac+5 MAE degree, students must validate all three skill blocks, for a total of 360 hours of classroom study, i.e. 15 modules of 24 hours each.
Graduation rate: 100%.
The entire MAE Master's program takes place over a period of 12 to 15 months, depending on the time taken by the participant to write the dissertation. The program comprises a total of 360 hours of academics , divided into skill blocks.
The aim is to provide training in the fundamental methods, concepts and tools of management, to develop a detailed understanding of the company, its strategic, organizational, financial and human choices and processes, and the ability to situate it in its environment. This block of skills corresponds to 6 modules of 24 hours each (i.e. 18 ECTS), for a total of 144 classroom hours. Validation of these modules leads to a University Certificate (CU).
The aim is to train supervisory professionals in the various human dimensions of their managerial activity, in methods, concepts and practices for supporting employees, managing cycles and jobs, managing human resources and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations in line with their organization's strategy. This block of skills comprises 6 modules of 24 hours each. Validation leads to a University Certificate (CU).
The aim is to provide training in the methods, concepts and new management practices needed to implement an innovation approach at organizational, team or project level. This block of skills comprises 5 modules of 24 hours each, and includes preparation for certification in project management (24 hours) (i.e. 18 ECTS), for a total of 144 hours.) Validation leads to a University Certificate (CU).
The aim is to acquire the knowledge and research methods needed to specify an object of study, define a problematic, a theoretical framework and an empirical methodology that will provide a solid response to a concrete management problem. This block of skills gives participants the opportunity to delve deeper into a subject of their choice by writing a dissertation (scientific production) while benefiting from supervision and methodological support (i.e. 24 ECTS) for a total of 72 hours of face-to-face training. A University Certificate (CU) is awarded.

For those wishing to upgrade their skills at their own pace and through a flexible approach, the IAE Savoie Mont Blanc offers a variety of possible certifications, at Bac +5 level, in management.

The target audience
- Professionals with 4 years' higher education, with at least 5 years' professional experience in effective responsibilities in the management of a functional or operational unit, or within a company, or who are preparing to take on overall management responsibilities for an entity or profit center.
- Professionals between two jobs with at least 5 years' experience in positions of responsibility.
- This program is aimed at a wide range of managers working in the private sector, as well as in international and public organizations.
- Access to the program is also possible via the Validation des Acquis Professionnels et Personnels (VAPP) for candidates who hold a bac+3 degree: please contact us for further information.

After 14 years on the side, I invented and patented a process for transforming essential oils into powder and set up my 1st laboratory, without any knowledge of business management, management, accounting... This company was placed in receivership and then taken over by a group that I left. In 2022, I decided to recreate a second laboratory, in Aix les Bains, as I owned the patent in my own name.
