Depuis les premiers voyages maritimes audacieux jusqu\u2019aux explorations contemporaines des fonds marins, la passion pour les oc\u00e9ans a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le crucial dans le d\u00e9veloppement de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 humaine. Si l\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelable en mer fait na\u00eetre de nombreux espoirs de d\u00e9carbonisation, son impact sur le littoral est aussi craint dans un contexte de mont\u00e9e des oc\u00e9ans.
