Il s\u2019agit d&rsquo;une r\u00e9novation et extension innovantes en termes de d\u00e9construction s\u00e9lective, r\u00e9emploi des mat\u00e9riaux, utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux biosourc\u00e9s, sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et qualit\u00e9 paysag\u00e8re. Le projet vise les plus hautes normes techniques et environnementales : B\u00e2timent bas carbone (BBCA niveau performance pour les extensions et l&rsquo;existant), HQE b\u00e2timent durable excellent, Ready to OSMOZ niveau silver, Wired Score Silver, et \u00c9nergie et carbone niveau E3C1.<\/p><p>Les futurs ing\u00e9nieurs ont ainsi \u00e9chang\u00e9 avec les experts de Eiffage Construction, et d\u00e9couvert les travaux d\u00e9but\u00e9s mi-janvier 2023\u00a0 :<\/p><ul><li>Gros \u0153uvre : d\u00e9construction, diverses techniques pour les fondations (pieux, micro-pieux, longrines), conservation de fa\u00e7ades en supprimant les dalles et en renfor\u00e7ant le temps de reconstruire, pose de plancher CLT (<span class=\"BxUVEf ILfuVd\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"hgKElc\">panneau massif lamell\u00e9-crois\u00e9<\/span><\/span>), pose des balcons, pose des fa\u00e7ades \u00e0 ossature bois, remise en \u00e9tat des fa\u00e7ades, pose des menuiseries, etc.<\/li><li>Second \u0153uvre: doublage, faux plafond , mise en place de l&rsquo;ascenseur<\/li><li>T\u00e9moins et prototypes pour les balcons, la fa\u00e7ade des extensions, les
