Le challenge a eu lieu dans le cadre de la formation ing\u00e9nieur, lors du <span class=\"break-words tvm-parent-container\"><span dir=\"ltr\">lancement du module Management de l\u2019innovation et de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, <\/span><\/span>\u00e0 Polytech et dans les ateliers de Thimon au Bourget-du-Lac, du 11 au 26 septembre 2025. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thimon.com\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Thimon<\/a> est une PME fran\u00e7aise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la conception, la fabrication et la mise en route de lignes automatis\u00e9es d\u2019emballages de charges palettis\u00e9es. <strong>Un partenariat riche en \u00e9changes et en cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, qui illustre la puissance du lien entre formation et innovation industrielle.<\/strong><\/p><\/div><div><h2 data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"902\"><strong data-start=\"849\" data-end=\"902\">Immersion : une visite pour inspirer l\u2019innovation<\/strong><\/h2><p style=\"margin: 0px\" data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"1201\">Tout a commenc\u00e9 par une immersion : plus de 100 \u00e9l\u00e8ves-ing\u00e9nieurs de 4\u1d49 ann\u00e9e, issus de trois sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s de Polytech &#8211; B\u00e2timent \u00c9coconstruction \u00c9nergie, \u00c9cologie Industrielle et Territoriale, et M\u00e9canique M\u00e9catronique Mat\u00e9riaux composites &#8211; ont visit\u00e9 les bureaux et ateliers de Thimon au Bourget-du-Lac.<\/p><p style=\"margin: 0px\" data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1505\">L\u2019objectif : d\u00e9couvrir les enjeux strat\u00e9giques et op\u00e9rationnels de l\u2019entreprise, et nourrir leur r\u00e9flexion. Cette visite s\u2019est conclue par la r\u00e9daction d\u2019un rapport d\u2019\u00e9tonnement, v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9clencheur de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, dans lequel chaque \u00e9tudiant a consign\u00e9 ses observations, questionnements et id\u00e9es.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-end=\"1574\">Le Challenge Innovation : une d\u00e9marche Design Thinking<\/strong><\/h2><p style=\"margin: 0px\" data-start=\"1576\" data-end=\"1816\">Les \u00e9tudiants, r\u00e9partis en 15 \u00e9quipes, se sont lanc\u00e9s dans un projet intense de trois jours, dans le cadre du module Management de l\u2019innovation et de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 2025. Leur mission : <strong data-start=\"1767\" data-end=\"1813\">imaginer des pistes innovantes pour Thimon<\/strong>.<\/p><p style=\"margin: 0px\" data-start=\"1818\" data-end=\"1929\">Pour y parvenir, ils ont appliqu\u00e9 la m\u00e9thode du Design Thinking, un processus cr\u00e9atif en plusieurs phases\u202f:<\/p><ol data-start=\"1931\" data-end=\"2301\"><li data-start=\"1931\" data-end=\"2013\"><p style=\"margin: 0px\" data-start=\"1934\" data-end=\"2013\"><strong data-start=\"1934\" data-end=\"1946\">Empathie<\/strong> : Comprendre les besoins de l\u2019entreprise et de ses utilisateurs.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2099\"><p style=\"margin: 0px\" data-start=\"2017\" data-end=\"2099\"><strong data-start=\"2017\" data-end=\"2031\">D\u00e9finition<\/strong> : Identifier et formuler les probl\u00e9matiques concr\u00e8tes \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2100\" data-end=\"2167\"><p style=\"margin: 0px\" data-start=\"2103\" data-end=\"2167\"><strong data-start=\"2103\" data-end=\"2115\">Id\u00e9ation<\/strong> : Brainstorming et g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d\u2019id\u00e9es novatrices.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2168\" data-end=\"2234\"><p style=\"margin: 0px\" data-start=\"2171\" data-end=\"2234\"><strong data-start=\"2171\" data-end=\"2186\">Prototypage<\/strong> : Conception rapide de maquettes ou concepts.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2235\" data-end=\"2301\"><p style=\"margin: 0px\" data-start=\"2238\" data-end=\"2301\"><strong data-start=\"2238\" data-end=\"2246\">Test<\/strong> : Pr\u00e9sentation et validation des id\u00e9es via un pitch.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"margin: 0px\" data-start=\"2303\" data-end=\"2508\">Chaque \u00e9quipe a pu laisser libre cours \u00e0 sa cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, aboutissant \u00e0 des propositions allant de la refonte d\u2019un abri \u00e0 v\u00e9lo jusqu\u2019\u00e0 des solutions de maintenance pr\u00e9dictive pour les machines industrielles.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"2984\" data-end=\"3034\"><strong data-start=\"2988\" data-end=\"3034\">Comp\u00e9tences d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es chez les \u00e9tudiants<\/strong><\/h2><p style=\"margin: 0px\" data-start=\"3036\" data-end=\"3100\">Le challenge innovation a permis aux \u00e9tudiants de d\u00e9velopper\u202f:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Comp\u00e9tences en cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et innovation<\/strong> : recours \u00e0 divers outils et m\u00e9thodologies d\u2019innovation, tels que le brainstorming, le prototypage et le pitch, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 des approches structur\u00e9es de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes comme SCAMPER, ou TRIZ.<\/li><li><strong>Travail en \u00e9quipe<\/strong> : coordination et r\u00e9partition des t\u00e2ches dans un contexte de projet \u00e0 caract\u00e8re innovant.<\/li><li><strong>Esprit critique et analyse<\/strong> : identification de besoins r\u00e9els et formulation de solutions pertinentes.<\/li><li><strong>Communication et pr\u00e9sentation<\/strong> : transmission claire d\u2019une id\u00e9e technique et innovante.<\/li><li><strong>Compr\u00e9hension m\u00e9tier<\/strong> : immersion dans un environnement industriel concret.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
