Sujet : Planification et pilotage du déploiement territorial massif des énergies solaires urbaines
Résumé :
It is already widely accepted that the implementation of solar energy on an urban scale is part of the strategic efforts that aim to diversify the energy matrix of a territory, achieving energy independence from fossil fuels in the medium to long term and mitigating carbon emission effects. However, there is still a lack of studies related to the metrics behind the decision-making process in the massive implementation of solar energy in urban areas. In the urban context, the massive implementation of solar energy precedes an integrated assessment of several metrics that include the stakeholder’s interaction to the geographical features, the analysis of the buildings efficiency in the urban morphology studied and last but not least, the analysis of all the relevant technical and the socioeconomic factors related to the decision-making processes that allows its deployment. Therefore, it was identified the need to create a framework that integrates all the relevant metrics identified to support the decision-making process relating them to the stakeholders involved in the massive deployment of solar energy in urban territory as part of the fundamental efforts to guide the climate policy wonks and public authorities in charge of the urban planning in solar energy projects.
