Abstract: My research interests lie at the intersection of network and machine learning. Specifically, I’m working on traffic classification, as we know classifying traffic is essential in network management, but with the increase adoption of encryption in the internet, it becomes more difficult. Our goal is to design a novel approach taking into consediration the network domain knowlege to perfrm encrypted traffic classification. I am working also on large scale graphs monitoring with the use of topological methods. One of the major issues that we try to address in our work, is to accelarate the computations that explose while dealing with graphs with 200k egdes and more.
