INES PFE has developed some key European and national projects around the following final energy consumption sectors, through a close collaboration between public and private stakeholders :
- Industry sector :
- FRIENDSHIP project
- Topic : Solar thermal (SHIP technologies).
- Objective : Demonstrate that solar heat can be a reliable, user-friendly, high-quality and cost-effective resource to meet the heat needs of the industrial sectors. Consequently, it requires the development of easy-to-use systems for heating and cooling, combining commercially available solar technologies and advanced thermal components at reduced costs
- ECoVEM project
- Topics : Microelectronics and photovoltaic solar energy.
- Objective : Create a European cooperation platform of professional excellence in microelectronics to address the challenges of digitization, artificial intelligence, green technologies (photovoltaic solar energy), gender equality and technology, integration of migrants.
- FRIENDSHIP project
- Residential sector :
- SUN4ALL project
- Topics: Energy poverty, Local Energy Communities, energy efficiency in buildings, solar photovoltaic energy.
- Objective: Offer consumers suffering from fuel poverty the possibility of empowering themselves by subscribing to local solar energy communities. Beneficiaries of the program will be co-owners of local photovoltaic power plants and the income generated by the production and sale of energy will be used to facilitate reinvestment in low-cost energy efficiency measures, improving their living conditions.
- SUN4ALL project
- Industry & Residential & Transport sectors :
- INES.2S
- Topics: technological integration, electronic and digital integration, economic and environmental integration, training and outreach.
- Objective: develop in France an industrial cluster for the integration of photovoltaic solar energy, in support of the Multiannual Energy Programming law, bringing together the skills of industry and public research in a logic of public-private co-investment.
- INES.2S
All these projects represent a threefold opportunity :
- Building bridges with both national and international energy policies
- Working in close collaboration between public and private stakeholders
- Moving towards a faster and fairer development of solar energy
Keywords : solar photovoltaics and solar thermal energies, energy efficiency, microelectronics, SHIP, local energy communities, energy poverty, advocacy.
