Associate Professor at the Lafset Laboratory of the National Conservatory Of Arts And Crafts “Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers”, CNAM – Paris.
The Lafset Laboratory (Laboratoire du froid et des systèmes énergétiques et thermiques) also known as the “Refrigeration Laboratory” works closely with the French Institute of Industrial Refrigeration and HVAC Engineering (IFFI) at Cnam. It bases its research on skills and expertise acquired over many years on thermal systems and especially refrigeration systems.
Doctor ALTAMIRANO CUNDAPI did his PhD at the LOCIE Laboratory (Laboratoire Optimisation de la Conception et Ingénierie de l’Environnement) of USMB, about the development of a new generation of compact and low-cost absorption chillers for the sunbelt regions.
In 2021 he won the Excellence Award of The Fondation USMB.
His research work was directed by professors Nolwenn LE PIERRES and Benoit STUTZ.
