Admnistrative registration for the academic year 2022/2023
If you are a Campus France student
For registration, you must follow these steps:
1. You must pay the CVEC : Log on to https://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr/ to get your certificate of Student Life
and Campus Contribution (CVEC) : 95€
2. From July 13, and only when you have obtained your visa, you must register online by clicking on this
link IA WEB PRIMO (243€)

Your login will be the first 10 characters of your Campus France username.
Example : if your Campus France username is MU18–04675–C08–45, then your registration login will be
: MU1804675C.
If you encounter any difficulties when registering, please contact the hotline (apogee–cellule@univ–
smb.fr or by phone at 04 79 75 83 81/04 79 75 85 40. Hotline hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to
12:00 and from 13:30 to 17:00).
3. You must then finalize your registration by submitting the necessary documents online.

4. Quand l’ensemble des pièces aura été déposé en ligne et vérifié par nos services, vous pourrez accéder
à vos documents d’inscription (certificats de scolarité, relevés de droits universitaires, etc) en cliquant
sur le lien suivant : Mon Dossier Web
Once all the documents have been submitted online and verified by our services, you will be able to
access your registration documents (school certificates, university fee statements, etc.) by clicking on
the link : https://mdw–usmb.grenet.fr/mdw
5. You will have to come to the Polytech school service (1st floor of the Polytech building) from 5th
September in order to collect your student card.
If you are a eCandidat Student
You must proceed with your administrative registration via the ecandidats platform at the Université Savoie Mont Blanc
You must:
- Confirm and validate your choice for the Master S3E on the platform,
- Register online at the University of Savoie Mont Blanc and pay the tuition fees (Approximately 335€/year to enroll in the programme).
You have until September 30th to register, complete your file and finalize your administrative registration and get your student card. But the sooner is the better !
The university is closed until August 22, so you can register after this date.
Teaching is scheduled to begin on Tuesday 13 September 2022 in the Polytech Building on the Bourget–du–
Lac site (Bourget–du–Lac Campus) :
at 10:00 am for the Master AM – year 1
at 1:30 pm for the Master AM – year 2
