Workshop - Scientific cluster 3 - Solar Energy Diffusion

Workshop theme:
Dedicated to taking discounting into account, in particular in the calculation of LCOE (levelized cost of electricity).
Afternoon program:
- 13:30 - Coffee reception
- 14:00 - Presentations (30mn each) by the following speakers
- "LCOE and discounting" by Nouha Gazbour and Julie Yu (CEA),
- "Financing conditions used by the IEA, WACC articulation and socio-economic evaluation" by Cédric Philibert (Université Paris-Dauphine),
- "Economic issues surrounding discounting" by Aude Pommeret (IREGE-USMB).
- 15:30 - Round table and general discussion (1:30),
- 17:00 - Discussions and refreshments.
The event is scheduled to take place face-to-face, but we will be able to accommodate a few participants who can only join us online.
