National Solar Energy Days (JNES) 2021

August 25, 2021 11:00 am - August 27, 2021 1:45 PM

Presentation of the National Solar Energy Days (JNES)

This gathering is an opportunity to discuss scientific issues, technological challenges and economic models in a wide range of fields, including knowledge of the solar resource and optimization of collection, renewable energies, materials and components for energy conversion and storage (in thermal, electrochemical or electrical forms), distributed or centralized production and storage through grid connection and/or conversion to other energy vectors, solar buildings and cities...

This conference is aimed at doctoral students, researchers, engineers, company directors, competitiveness cluster managers and local authorities... to discuss a forward-looking, proactive vision for the development of the renewable energies sector, with a focus on solar energy.

At the last session, in 2019, the first two days were an opportunity to present the state of the art in the various fields, spark debate, create connections and bring out projects between players. June 25 was a joint day with CLEANTECH WEEK. Master's and PhD students working in the energy field were able to meet industrialists and debate with specialists from other CleanTech fields.

The next edition will take place from August 25 to 27, 2021 in Odeillo, Pyrénées Orientales.
