LISTIC is governed by a board of directors comprising the director, deputy director, three project managers and four coordinators for the AFUTÉ and REGARD themes.

For information, before the 2019 reorganization, the laboratory's research was structured around three working groups:

CODE: COmbination and DEcision,
CIT: Knowledge, Images and Remote Sensing,
RSLR: Distributed Software Networks and Systems.

The cohesion and quality of research is ensured by the laboratory board.
