Methods of appealing against regulatory acts : Regulatory acts may be appealed within two months of their publication and transmission to the rector, by an administrative appeal to the president of theuniversité Savoie Mont Blanc or by a contentious appeal to the Grenoble administrative court, in accordance with the provisions of articles R.421-1 to R.421-5 of the administrative justice code. Applications may be submitted to the court clerk's office, by post or via the "Télérecours citoyens" application on the www.telerecours.fr website.

In the event of a prior administrative appeal, the time limit for the contentious appeal is extended by the time taken by the author of the decision to respond. In this case, the applicant has two months in which to lodge a contentious appeal with the Grenoble Administrative Court, in accordance with the provisions of articles R.421-1 to R.421-5 of the Code of Administrative Justice, from the date of notification of an express decision, or from the date of an implicit decision of rejection resulting from the silence maintained by the administration for two months.
