IAE Savoie Mont Blanc joins the IAE France network

The Extraordinary General Meeting of the IAE France network, composed of all the directors of member IAEs, met in Rennes. Following the hearing of the management of IAE Savoie Mont Blanc, represented by Claire Salmon, Director of the IAE and Rémi Mencarelli, assistant director, All directors voted unanimously in favor of integrating the institute into the IAE France network. This decision follows the audit carried out on April 1, 2015, at the IAE premises by Jérome Rive, President of the network, Director of IAE Lyon, and Virginie de Barnier, Vice President, Director of IAE Aix-Marseille.

A large network with national and international reach

IAE Savoie Mont Blanc is thus part of France's largest network in management sciences. Officially created in 1957, the National Association of IAEs, which became the "IAE FRANCE" network in 2014, initiates and promotes all measures designed to develop and coordinate the activities of IAEs. IAEs welcome more than 45,000 students and award nearly 1,000 specialized degrees in the field of business and public and private organization management (marketing, finance, human resources, accounting, management control, auditing, public management, international affairs, logistics, purchasing, etc.).
This networking helps to create a common identity in order to increase the national and international visibility of all these university management schools. It also promotes the exchange of best practices, cooperation between institutes, and pedagogical and scientific innovation.

IAE Savoie Mont Blanc is now contributing to the project

Offering courses in management, finance, commerce, tourism, and international management, IAE Savoie Mont Blanc has developed values and practices consistent with those upheld by the IAE France network. This integration is a reward for the work carried out over many years within the institute. It is also the result of the involvement of the Club des Entreprises, which is heavily invested in the IAE's activities, its 72 teachers and teacher-researchers, its 350 external contributors, and its 39 administrative staff.
With 2,100 students enrolled in professional training programs backed by academic research and a structured network of companies, IAE Savoie Mont Blanc becomes the 32nd member of the IAE France network.
