Sports and Artistic Physical Activities are included in students' academics courses in the form of optional (in most departments) or bonus (IUTs) UAs.
The sport option allows students to validate 1 to 2 UAs, depending on the component, and the activity is practiced for 12 weeks.
1 APSA = between 15H and 18H of sports practice for the student
