Come and play ice hockey, whatever your level - beginner or advanced, male or female.
The approach will be geared towards learning to skate, before moving on to playing with the stick and puck. You will learn to play ice hockey technically and tactically.
Match situations will be set up according to the evolution of the group and the level of the participants.

Be able to move and stop safely for yourself and others.
Be able to move in all directions with a puck.
Be able to assume different roles (attacker, defender) to face opponents collectively.
Assessment is based on presence and investment. The grade will be supplemented by individual and collective progress in the activity.
