- Compulsory weekly attendance (with or without assessment) academics
- Course duration
12 sessions per semester
- A mouth guard is mandatory
- Hard-wearing sportswear and molded crampons recommended
- All levels accepted
Activity-specific skills:
Motor skill(s) :
- Master the technical skills needed to move the ball and the safe postures inherent in physical engagement in a match situation.
Methodological skill(s) :
- Make choices (individual and collective) on the basis of possibilities and errors to advance towards the opposing target.
Social skill(s) :
- Putting oneself at the service of the collective project while making the most of one's individual skills.
Depending on your level, you will be assessed in a themed match situation with variable opposition and players' rights and duties and/or in a match situation with adapted rules.
