Contents of the Entrepreneur TPE University Diploma :

  • UE 1: INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT
    Module 1: Communication and expression.

    Present the company, its products or services to identified targets with an appropriate sales pitch; communicate appropriately according to the situation.
    Module 2: Time management.
    Structuring action plans and organization to prioritize actions and optimize resources.
    Module 3: IT and office automation.
    Produce communication media.
  • UE 2: LEGAL AND TAX MANAGEMENT
    Module 1: Business and contract law.
    Opt for the legal form best suited to the entrepreneurial project; identify the different types of contracts and agreements required for the company's activity.
    Module 2: Corporate taxation.
    Choose the tax system best suited to your business and personal situation.
    Module 3: Legal, social and tax case studies, choice of form, administrative procedures.
    Take into account tax and social constraints and needs.
  • UNIT 3: BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
    Module 1: Accounting management.
    Identify the mandatory and regulatory tools needed to manage a very small business; draw up and classify the documents needed for bookkeeping; prepare records of current accounting operations and prepare a VAT declaration.
    Module 2: Human resources management.
    Define the terms and conditions adapted to the company's needs and draw up the corresponding offers; recruitment and hiring; conduct recruitment interviews and select candidates.
    Module 3: Financial management.
    Monitor payment of income and expenses; forecast and monitor income and expenditure; anticipate difficulties. Evaluate financing needs; identify the different types and sources of financing required to develop the business; produce the appropriate arguments for financial players, negotiate bank loans.

    Determine the material and human resources needed to produce products/services; evaluate production costs and profitability; draw up a company business plan.

  • UNIT 4: SALES MANAGEMENT AND MARKET KNOWLEDGE
    Module 1: Introduction to marketing.
    Define target customers and study their needs; study the market using quantitative and qualitative methods; define and develop the company's marketing plan; evaluate sales forecasts. Define appropriate communication actions and tools.
    Module 2: Sales techniques.
    Define how to find prospects and approach them; conduct a sales meeting, identify key arguments; identify suppliers and conduct a negotiation meeting.
    Module 3: Market research and sales action.

  • UNIT 5: PROJECT MANAGEMENT
    Module 1: Project methodology.
    Identify an opportunity and study the market need to validate the project; identify the necessary resources; validate the objectives and their stages; define indicators. Structure the action plan and follow its stages; monitor indicators to make any necessary adjustments.
