FAQ

IAE students sometimes need to send an e-mail to all IAE students as part of an academic project, dissertation or survey. If you wish to send a message to an IAE student mailing list, you must send your message (and only the message intended to be read) from your university mailbox ( prenom.nom@etu.univ-smb.fr) to one of the following lists:

Your message should be clear, signed and professionally written. It should include a subject line and indicate its context (educational project, dissertation, survey, responsible campus operation, etc.). Surveys must have been validated in advance by the person in charge of the project or dissertation (this must be explicitly stated).

The use of these lists is extremely restricted. Any message that does not specify the course of study, the name of the course and of the supervising teacher, or that is incorrectly written, will be systematically rejected by the moderator. Messages that are abusive, irrelevant or not part of a pedagogical context will be rejected.

Please note that it is normal for your e-mail not to be sent immediately to students, as it will first be read and studied by the management, who will have to validate it or not.

Don't resend your e-mail if you've already done so once.

Contact management at secretariat-direction.iae@univ-savoie.fr if you are unsuccessful.

As a student at IAE Savoie Mont Blanc, you have access to a secure Wifi network, the "Eduspot" network. Use your login and password to access it.

To ensure that these events take place in the best possible conditions of safety and hygiene, we remind you that it is necessary to draw up a safety file at least 3 weeks before the event; documents can be downloaded below or obtained from :

  •     Annecy campus: Sophie TACCHINO (Office 24 / Reception and Logistics)

https://cvip.sphinxonline.net/SurveyServer/s/ovetu/manifestation/questionnaire.htm

  •     bringing together a large number of people in the same place on our premises,
  •     bringing together a public other than IAE students/teachers/administrators on our premises,
  •     requiring late opening of the premises (for institutional events only),
  •     requiring the premises to be open on weekends (for corporate events only).

Please note:

  •     ban on selling home-made cakes,
  •     proof of purchase must be kept for inspection purposes.

In the case of a student project, the completed file must first be validated and signed by the teacher in charge of the project.
Files should be returned to: direction.iae@univ-smb.fr to be studied by IAE management, then forwarded to the Service Exploitation Patrimoine (SEP) for advice and recommendations, including those from the Service Prévention.

We are counting on your vigilance to meet the deadlines set so as not to penalize the successful completion of your projects.

Promoting educational projects and outings is essential for our IAE: it testifies to the dynamism of our courses and the life of the school.

We can publish articles on the IAE website, share a publication on social networks or relay it in the IAE newsletter.

To do this, we need: the information needed to write an article, such as the date, the public concerned, the subject of the event, the context of the project, the objective... (a minimum of ten lines is required, i.e. around 150 words). One or two photos to illustrate the article/publication, accompanied by image rights authorizations duly completed and signed. This document can be obtained from the communications department.

We can provide you with: a professional camera, a tripod/micro-tie, goodies, kakemonos, communication media (brochures, catalogs, etc.).

Strategic support

We're available all year round to showcase projects and support your communication needs. Don't hesitate to call on us, and make sure you inform the communications department of every project!
