Getting back into shape is child's play

This is a muscle-strengthening class targeting thigh muscles (quadriceps, adductors, hamstrings), glutes (small/medium and large glutes) and abdominals (rectus abdominis, transversus abdominis and obliques).
The class is held on a mat provided by the Sports Department.

Annual or semester-long teaching cycle.
Regular weekly attendance compulsory (free or assessed practice). 12 sessions of 1h30 each.

Be able to mobilize the parameters of entraın̂ ement to obtain the desired effects according to one's personal project.
Be able to engage in the definition of a personal project on the basis of desired effects.
To be capable of constructing an entraı̂nement project independently, adapting to different contexts.
Social skills:
Be able to entraın̂ er cooperatively to progress and de velop one's resources and maintain oneself on the basis of desired effects.

Create a session (worksheet) for the teacher.
Perform the session in front of the teacher at the end of the cycle.
Depending on your level, play a role with novices.
