- Compulsory weekly attendance (with or without assessment) academics

12 sessions per semester
- Equipment on loan
- Sportswear, water bottle and towel recommended
- All levels accepted
Motor skill(s):
- Master the movements in terms of coordination and posture to increase the speed of execution and put the cardiovascular system to greater use.
Methodological skill(s) :
- Use self-reference to better manage intensity.
- Play with training parameters to obtain the desired effects.
Social competency(ies) :
- Establish a group dynamic based on mutual aid and encouragement, conducive to surpassing one's limits.
You will be assessed on the design and execution of a one-hour cardiotraining session.
