Health and well-being

The "Body - Well-being" courses are based on "interior" body practices - as opposed to constant external demands -, linked to self-maintenance and development, physical maintenance and recovery activities, but also mental activity for the sportsperson, analysis of sensations, stress management, etc.

 

 

- Semester teaching cycle
- Compulsory weekly attendance (with or without personal assessment) academics
- Course duration 1H30
- 12 sessions per semester

- 1 clean suit and pair of sneakers, 1 towel, 1 bottle of water
- Levels accepted: all levels, but with a more "gentle" approach
- The aim of the Healthy Body course is to get you back into the swing of sports with progressive re-athletization content; classes will include a mix of activities: varied running, Pilates, bodyform, yoga, stretching and a touch of dietetics.

Motor skills:
- Know and improve certain running, muscle-strengthening and stretching techniques in relation to their level of practice, beneficial to their health (physical, mental and social).

Methodological skill(s):
- Taking care of one's health (physical, mental), seeking "wellness
- well-being
- Getting to know oneself, assessing one's level of physical and mental fitness in order to build a plan for resuming or continuing in the sport
- Gain self-confidence through body and mental techniques to manage stress and relax.

Social skill(s):
- Taking care of one's (social) health, seeking "well-being" with others.
- Practicing physical activities in pairs or groups, developing open relationships.
