*Motor skill(s):
- Master movements in terms of coordination and posture to be able to progressively increase intensity in safety.
- Achieve increasingly complex movements in terms of balance and muscular coordination, thanks to a general improvement in physical qualities.
*Methodological skill(s) :
- Use self-reference to better manage intensity.
- Play with training parameters to obtain the desired effects.
*Social skills :
- Establish a group dynamic based on mutual aid and encouragement, conducive to surpassing one's limits.
You will be assessed on the design and execution of a one-hour crosstraining session.
