Giving yourself the means to achieve your goals

The aim of our bodybuilding courses is to increase your degree of autonomy in achieving your goals in a safe and supportive environment.

 

 

- Semester teaching cycle
- Compulsory weekly attendance (with or without assessment) academics
- Course duration
12 sessions per semester

- Equipment on loan
- Sportswear, water bottle and towel recommended
- All levels accepted

Activity-specific skills:

- Motor skill(s):
- Learn and refine safe bodybuilding positions.
- Perform increasingly complex body-building movements with or without equipment.

- Methodological skill(s) :
- Define goals related to bodybuilding
- Gain a better understanding of yourself so you can better manage your training.
- Adjust training parameters to achieve desired effects.

- Social competency(ies) :
- Establish a group dynamic based on mutual support and encouragement, conducive to learning.

You will be assessed on the design and execution of a corresponding one-hour cous weight training session.
