Raid orientation

The pleasure of adventure and effort

Raid orienteering is a group activity (teams of two to four competitors), the aim of which is to complete a course (start and finish) as quickly as possible, marked out either by markers to discover, or by an itinerary to follow. Sports practised include trail running, mountain biking, bike 'n Run and kayaking.

12 lessons of 3 hours each
All courses take place in the open air, without any specific structures.

The Sports Department provides mountain bike, kayak and orienteering equipment.
You must bring a pair of sneakers suitable for trail-type progress, a water supply, a food ration, a cell phone, a survival blanket, a red pen and a highlighter.

- Develop physical capacities (cardiovascular) in the various disciplines covered
- Develop technical skills in the various disciplines covered
- Acquire the skills needed to find your way around any terrain

All students with a Raid sportif validation at the end of the semester are assessed on 2 activities (2 sessions) in orientation: Trail and Vtt/Bike N Run.
