Cross-country skiing

Other sports might have been invented by Vikings

Skating is the most attractive style of cross-country skiing today, offering exceptional gliding sensations quickly and giving the impression of much greater speed than the classic style. Although more physically demanding, skating is winning over more and more people thanks to its playful technique and the sensations it provides.

However, while you'll quickly appreciate it on flat or downhill sections, it becomes less fun on big or long climbs, and it's with this in mind that you'll need to work on your technique to progress.

The aim of the lessons is to teach you how to save energy and to know when to prolong your gliding phase (long skiing) and when to focus on working with gestural frequency (short skiing).
