Yoga

Spiritual and physical

Hatha Yoga is a discipline designed to harmonize body and mind through the use of mind-body and breathing techniques.
The postures and breathing exercises proposed aim to develop and balance both relaxation and tonicity.
Sessions end with a moment of relaxation, during which the effects of the postures performed during the session can be fully integrated and potentiated.
Hatha Yoga does not aim to achieve a particular performance, but rather to develop self-knowledge in its various dimensions (physiological, emotional, mental...) through the development of listening and attention to the body, breath and thoughts.
