An internship abroad is a decisive step in your career. IAE and its partners can help you make it happen...
Finding an internship abroad is entirely the student's responsibility.
We invite you to consult the following website , which lists organizations likely to offer internships abroad, particularly in Europe.
You can also consult the Job Teaserplatform of the Club des Entreprises de l'Université Savoie Mont Blanc ,which offers internships in France and abroad, some of which are reserved for USMB students thanks to the Club des Entreprises.
Your teachers may have leads on companies where former students have completed internships.
Last but not least, don't forget that many companies don't publish internship offers, but are nonetheless willing to accept them. So don't hesitate to send unsolicited applications to the companies/structures that interest you, or to network on social networks such as Linkedin, to make your interest in the structure known.
Departures to zones or countries classified orange or red by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs are prohibited. You can consult the classification of the zone of interest to you in the " Advice to travelers " section ("Security" tab) of France Diplomatie.
Whatever your destination, you'll need to register on the "Ariane" page of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs.
The "Ariane" system makes it free and easy to notify the Ministry. You'll be alerted in the event of a crisis in your destination country.
Internships in China or Russia are prohibited unless you are a Chinese or Russian national.
To obtain your internship agreement, you need to go to the "PStage" application. Access PStage, the application for managing internship agreements and offers
Please note that destinations outside the European Union must be approved by IAE's international relations department, which will sign your pre-agreement/mission form before issuing your agreement.
Gratification for internships of two months or more is governed by French regulations. This provision does not apply internationally to companies that are not incorporated under French law. In this case, you need to check the legislation of the country concerned.
Only compulsory, credit-bearing internships are eligible for a mobility grant.
Internships abroad during which you are accommodated in France (e.g. Switzerland) are not eligible for grants.
Find out more about internships and funding on the Université Savoie Mont Blanc website.
