There are 4 steps to enrolling at academics :

  2. Choose how you want to finance your academics professional training: depending on your situation (employee, job-seeker, civil servant, other...), you may be able to mobilize financing to pay for all or part of your academics. More information on financing

  4. Administrative and financial follow-up: at this final stage, theInstitut Universitaire de academics Professionnelle will provide you with the administrative documents you need to complete your enrolment file.

It's difficult to give a simple answer to this question: financing all or part of your professionalacademics depends on your professional & personal situation. So there are different solutions depending on your status, which may have specific access conditions!

You will find below some useful links concerning financing schemes that may be available to you depending on your situation:

You can mobilize your CPF (Compte Personnel de academics) for all state diplomas*, and VAE (Validation des Acquis par l'Expérience) support.

NB: Since November 21, 2019, you must apply for it yourself directly, on the CPF website.
The training courses are accessible on the site only during the periods when registration is open at the USMB, nevertheless do not hesitate to contact us to request its opening for you.
You register online with your social security number, then search for your academics and request online registration.
Please note that either your academics can be fully covered, or you will have to pay the supplement directly online in one go.
If you need to apply for double funding, you must apply to us and, if necessary, go through your Pôle Emploi advisor.

PLEASE NOTE: You can only apply for the CPF once your application has been accepted by the university!

In the case of partial funding, you may be able to obtain additional financing. In this case, you need to contact the service linked to your academics (Annecy or Chambéry) and go through your Pôle Emploi or Transition Pro (Fongecif) advisor.

 

*State diplomas = DAEU (Diplôme d'Accès aux Études Universitaires), DUT, Licence, License Professionnelle, Master's degree

Due to the health crisis, the university premises will remain closed to the public until September 2020.

We are therefore obliged to modify the information and assessment procedures for DAEU (Diplôme d'accès aux études universitaires) applications for the start of the 2020-2021 academic year, which remains scheduled for face-to-face courses on September 28, 2020.

The information meetings scheduled at the various sites are all grouped together on single dates by videoconference, and the assessment tests will also be carried out remotely via a digital platform.

Despite the current health situation and the partial reopening of university premises, a continuity of services service has been set up. So, even if we can no longer welcome you, you will still be able to reach the services you need.

1/ Check that you are covered by the academics Continuing Professional Development scheme:

As part of your project, you will be covered by academics if, at the time of registration, you are in one of the following situations:
- working, employed in the public or private sector, self-employed
- Registered with Pôle Emploi (with or without benefits)
- Receiving government benefits (parental leave, RSA)
- Resuming studies while on leave academics
- Your academics is paid for by an organization (OPCO) and/or an employer.
- Resuming studies following a VAPP

NB: You will be required to attend academics classes and/or seminars according to the timetable or schedule, and will be assessed by continuous assessment or final exams.
Integrated adults follow academics at the same pace as students, with no special arrangements (no academics distance learning).
Only courses organized in specific groups are aimed at professionals wishing to complete their initial academics or specialize, while obtaining a university diploma or certification. The organization is adapted to the pace and constraints of a working adult audience.

2/ Select academics :

To choose your academics and check your eligibility for entry to academics, you can consult the academics Professional catalog online .

3/ Check the application procedure:

According to the procedures agreed with the Scolarité Centrale located on the Marcoz site (27 rue Marcoz in Chambéry), and according to the criteria of academics : paper application, parcoursup, e-candidat...

4/ Identify possible aid and financing methods:

If you are registered with academics , the cost of your registration is different from that of students in academics . You do not pay the CVEC. The fee depends on your academics and the type of funding you receive: personal or subsidized.

Check your financing options:
- your employer
- your CPF (Compte Personnel de academics), log on to Moncompteactivite.gouv.fr with your social security number to find out how much you are entitled to academics. If you would like to use your CPF account to pay for your academics.
