Study regimes, let's talk about it!

Choose between academics and work-study

  • The initial academics is the most classic formula, allowing you to benefit from a student status. Courses and internship periods are reinforced by professional actions in the field. This formula concerns students who wish to progressively evolve towards the working world. The students finance their studies.
  • Work-study is a method of academics that allows students to obtain a BUT or a professional license by alternating courses at the IUT with periods in the company with which an apprenticeship contract or a professionalization contract has been signed. The students are employees of the host company.

Our BUT in alternation

You are or want to be an employee and wish to develop or enrich your skills. The BUT work-study program is a academics with a bright future. All the indicators are green to make this option a choice of excellence, which does not exclude further studies!

Our BUT work-study programs from the first year

Our BUT work-study programs from the second or third year

As of 2023-2024, the majority of professional licenses will be integrated into BUT. Candidates from other programs may be integrated into the BUT program via bridges after their application has been analyzed and it has been verified that they have the necessary prerequisites for integration. This system is currently being defined and information will be posted online by the end of 2022. The application campaigns will take place from January 2023.

Work-study programs are carried out in collaboration with various partners, depending on their specialization, within the framework of a professionalization contract or an apprenticeship contract. The students are employees of the host company.
