JOINING BUT CS-CGE3S MEANS
A 3-YEAR DIPLOMA
At the Annecy IUT, only the CGE3S course at BUT Carrières Sociales is offered. There are no gateways between the different BUT CS courses, and this academics does not enable students to prepare for a social work diploma (specialized educator, social service assistant).

The BUT Carrières Sociales CGE3S program includes 600 hours of projects and 28 weeks of internships spread over the 3 years of study, equivalent to 10 months of academics in a professional context (3 weeks in BUT1, 10 weeks in BUT2, 13 weeks in BUT3 or work-study).
