Marketing Techniques

The courses in the Marketing Techniques field aim to train future general technicians in the fields of business management and specialize in marketing, communication and negotiation.

BUT Marketing Techniques

The BUT Marketing Techniques program trains multi-skilled middle managers who are capable of performing sales, marketing, e-marketing, commercial communication and sales team management functions in the company.

The BUT Marketing Techniques program is available at academics or as a sandwich course from the first year.
Three courses are offered from the BUT2 :

 - Business Development and Customer Relationship Management (BDMRC), available at academics .

 - Digital Marketing, E-business and Entrepreneurship (MDEE), available in academics in BUT2 and in alternation in BUT3

 - Brand Strategy and Events (SME), accessible only in academics for the adapted sections (sports)

The BUT3 is only offered as a sandwich course, with a possible specialization of the BDMRC courses (classic, digital, sport, agribusiness or banking) and MDEE.

OBJECTIVES

- Master basic management techniques, including quantitative (statistics, economics, and accounting), and understand business and marketing issues

- Promote adaptability: intelligence of the contemporary economic environment, of the company and its management, but also personal ability to adapt to real situations

Courses

The BUT Techniques de Commercialisation in academics initial, includes 600 hours of tutored projects and 22 to 26 weeks of internship during the 3 years of study (or 4 years for ski studies). This corresponds to 9 months of academics in a professional context.

The recruitment is accessible for 50% of the promotion to candidates holding a general baccalaureate and for 50% to holders of a technological baccalaureate.

Business development and customer relationship management course dedicated to the mountain industry (BUT TC Montagne)

- Have an interest in life in the mountains, its advantages and disadvantages
- Students attend classes in November, May, June, late August-mid-September (about 17 weeks per academic year) and the rest of the time in the company.
- Requires companies to be in a work-study program in a sector of activity related to tourism, commerce, communication; any activity in the resort or in a nearby environment. These companies must be interested in a work-study program based on a seasonal rhythm (students work in companies mainly in winter and summer)

Ski studies

academics arranged in time to take into account the sports season: academics carried out over 4 years, arranged courses from October to March (20% of the academics), and face-to-face courses from April to early July.

This program is reserved for FFS and FFME athletes only. Applications are open from the end of January to the end of May, by downloading the application form from the IUT Annecy website. Selection is based on an assessment of athletic and academic levels, in partnership with the FFS.

BUT3 TC - Business Développement et Management de la Relation Client - Agroalimentaire (Alternance)

The BUT BDMRC Agro-alimentaire was designed in response to the needs of companies in the sector. This academics offers teaching centered on marketing and sales techniques specific to food products in mass distribution as well as in specialized shops. It fully integrates the specificities of food products and responds to a reaffirmed need of food companies and distribution.

It prepares future sales representatives for the food industry and department managers for large-scale distribution

Licence Professionnelle Transactions et Gestion Immobilières

Title of national diploma: Métiers de l'immobilier - transaction et commercialisation de biens immobiliers

The LPTGI license allows you to understand all the components of the real estate business in order to acquire the commercial, technical and legal skills.

It prepares you for the different real estate professions (real estate transactions, rental management, property management, land development or management of promotion programs) and allows you to obtain the real estate agent's professional card with the three mentions T, G and S. It is a academics given in partnership with the Ecole By CCI Haute-Savoie.

In one year, you will acquire a professional qualification and experience thanks to a academics combining teaching periods and periods in a company, acquire a specialization in certain legal subjects: co-ownership, construction law, leases, urban planning, real estate taxation and social housing law, develop the ability to draft the usual acts: mandate, promises of sale, residential leases, commercial leases, develop the ability to negotiate real estate: taking the mandate, negotiation, signing the commitment and know the methodology of the expertise Real estate.
