The Marketing Techniques courses are designed to train future technicians who are generalists in business management and specialists in marketing, communication and negotiation.
The Marketing Techniques BUT trains multi-skilled middle managers to perform sales, marketing, e-marketing, commercial communication and sales team management functions.

THE INITIAL academics
The " BUT Techniques de Commercialisation" program in initial academics , includes 600 hours of tutored projects and 22 to 26 weeks of internships over the 3 years of study (or 4 years for ski-studies). This corresponds to 9 months of academics in a professional context.
LEARNING
You are or want to be an employee and want to develop or enhance your skills. BUT en alternance is an academics with a bright future. All the indicators are in the green to make this option a choice of excellence, which in no way excludes further study!

Who is it for?
- Holders of the Baccalauréat
- Sport-Study Sections are aimed at top-level athletes (minimum pre-national level) who hold a Baccalauréat and are affiliated to sports federations.
The BUT is obtained in 4 years instead of the usual 3.
The first year of BUT provides general courses for all students, before offering a specialization in the second year.

Business development and customer relationship management dedicated to the mountain professionsBUT TC Montagne)
- An interest in life in the mountains, its advantages and disadvantages
- Students attend classes in late August-mid-September, November, May and June (around 17 weeks per academic year) and spend the rest of the time in the company.
- Requires work-study placements in companies with a business sector related to tourism, commerce, communication; any activity in the resort or nearby environment. These companies must be interested in a work-study pattern based on a seasonal rhythm (alternating between winter and summer).

academics organized to take account of the sporting season: academics over 4 years, organized courses from October to March (20% of the academics), and face-to-face courses from April to early July.
This program is reserved exclusively for FFS and FFME athletes. Applications open from the end of January to the end of May, by downloading the application form from the Annecy IUT website. Selection is based on an assessment of athletic and academic levels, in partnership with the FFS.

From the second year onwards, initial academics students can choose between two main career paths: BDMRC (Business and Customer Relationship Management) or MDEE (Digital Marketing, E-business and Entrepreneurship). In their third year, students are required to complete a work-study program.
Specialization in BDMRC classic, digital, sport and finance, banking, insurance and wealth management takes place in the third year.

Title of national diploma: Métiers de l'immobilier - transaction et commercialisation de biens immobiliers
The LPTGI work-study degree enables you to grasp all the components of the real estate business and acquire the commercial, technical and legal skills required.
It prepares you for the various real estate professions (real estate transactions, rental management, property management, land development or management of promotional programs) and enables you to obtain the real estate agent's professional card with the three mentions T, G and S.
